Job Duties and Responsibilities :
· Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases, create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
· Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data, review and, services, and supplies.
· Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, ensure that the products and supplies are high quality,
· Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
· Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed, liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations
· Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria, preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
· Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns,
· Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings, analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
· Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records, complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
· Provide timely logistical related reports to CEO / Management and associated staff on a routine basis to include cost analysis.
· Supply budgets/logistics Expenses, delivery time estimation and supplier evaluations.maintain inventory, logistics freight, customs, and imports documentation & clearing.
· Develop Logistics Planning & implementing Tools Methodologies for effective execution of logistic operations.
· Checking and Preparing purchasing documentation and on the proper use of all procurement.
· Work with Production & Procurement team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
· Facilitate Team Meetings - speaking to product knowledge, incentives, and sales techniques.
Requirements :
- Candidate must have atleast 3-5 years of experience in procurement
-Candidate must be in Qatar
-Can join immediately
-Salary will be discussed upon interview
-Must have valid QID and NOC
